Brabantia's household products reach 80 countries through 5 plants and 3 distribution centres. Multiple C&DS modules now keep that global chain synchronized on actual consumption instead of forecast.
Serving 80 countries through a multi-plant, multi-warehouse network meant Brabantia's replenishment was running on forecasts and batch-size formulas — the classic recipe for shortages and excess stock at the same time, just in different parts of the chain. The business was already planning a new UK warehouse to absorb the pressure.
Bureau Léonard implemented several C&DS modules across Brabantia's 5 plants and 3 distribution centres: consumption-driven Dynamic Replenishment for both finished goods and raw materials, Buffer Management to set shop-floor priorities, and POOGI to keep improvement ongoing rather than a one-off project.
The global supply chain now runs at –40% inventory while holding very high service levels. The planned new UK warehouse was cancelled outright — the existing one now runs at half capacity, freeing capital that used to sit on shelves.
